As a songwriter, artist, and captivating vocalist, Lister is a man of many talents. His earnest songwriting and melodies are breathtaking and powerful, and he is known for his ability to write and perform across a wide spectrum of genres, from pop to folk to crooner jazz. Lister has toured with Alison Krauss/Union Station, Brett Dennen, Colbie Caillat, and Ben Folds and is an original member of Nashville-based a cappella group Street Corner Symphony, who placed second on NBC’s “The Sing-Off.”

In November 2021, Lister released his full-length big band holiday album “Happy Holidays, Everyone,” which has already garnered over 4 million streams. The title track landed a spot on T-Mobile’s 2020 holiday campaign, and several tracks can be heard on Spotify’s Christmas Jazz playlist. In the past year, Lister has had several big music moments on “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 19, including his uplifting ballad “One Step,” which closed out the mid-season finale.
